Maud Gonne Society Members Gathering | 23 September 7pm
Share
We warmly invite you to join us online on Wednesday 23 September at 7pm for our first members’ gathering. It will be an opportunity to meet one another, hear about the progress made so far and help shape the Society’s priorities and activities for the months ahead.
About this event
The Society is entering an exciting new chapter. Our website is live, membership is open and, after the necessary work of establishing the Society, it is time for our members, and those interested in membership, to gather.
The event will be hosted by Orna Ross, founder of the society, and attended by organizer Jocelyn-Jane Taylor and some of the society trustees.
What we’ll discuss
- The purpose and vision of the Maud Gonne Society
- An introduction to the trustee board
- The new Society website and membership programme
- Current projects and plans for the coming year
- Your ideas for future talks, events, and campaigns
- Ways members can participate and contribute
- Questions, suggestions and ideas
The gathering will take place on Zoom and will last approximately one hour - 90 minutes.
Please register here through Eventbrite for your online ticket.
No preparation is needed—just bring your interest in Maud Gonne and your thoughts about what the Society might become.
We hope very much to see you there.
